I don't know why they are saying RESCUE/FOSTER only but he has a bunch of pledges and a lot of people interested. He seems social enough considering he is in DOGGY JAIL and on DEATH ROW at that. He is gentle but yeah he is a little scared of the loud death place. Just means he is smart. He needs a good loving home.
