Jackie Ostrander per volunteer:Jay is a clown, thats always waiting in the front of his kennel and makes sure that I notice him.....He really starting to grow on me, I always liked him, but I'm really starting to fall for this clown....He's a great dog, fun to have around, but can uase a little leash work--He'll make a great companion--so someone take a chance and please pull him, better yet adopt him
